Cyclo-Progynova is a cyclical hormone replacement therapy (HRT) manufactured by Bayer. Each pack covers a 21-day course that mimics the natural rhythm of a woman’s cycle: the first 11 white tablets deliver estrogen alone (estradiol valerate 2 mg), and the following 10 brown tablets add a progestogen (norgestrel 0.5 mg) to protect the uterine lining.
